The Old Sugar Mill restaurant in DeLeon Springs State Park features tables with built-in griddles for do-it-yourself pancakes. It's worth the wait to get in for the fun of flipping your own :)

@adalove: It was quite an experience - the food was also designed to be "frontier American" from centuries past. Sabroso! :)
