Another nice one - what lighting are you using to get it so perfect every time?

@Walt: For most of the studio shots, I used 2 Nikon SB-600 wireless flashes (with the Nikon D70 camera in Commander TTL mode) fired into umbrella reflectors: the "hot" 30-inch umbrella stand 45 degrees to the left and 45 degrees high; the 36-inch umbrella stand arranged to fill shadows - most of the time about 20-30 degrees to right of center and a little low. I also utilized a "hair light" from theatrical lighting left over from our last theatre production - one is white light, the other option has a magenta-violet gel. I also changed the camera position quite a bit, from shooting on a ladder to crouching in front with various (zoomed) lens lengths. Thanks for the question!
PS: And then there is Photoshop processing to get the skin just right with "faux lighting" - but this shot is pretty bare in that regard.
