Light in the Tower

A Photoshop experiment.

I separated everything from the sky; pasted in clouds from another photo; blurred edges a bit; curved down exposure; desaturated a bit; added a lens flare effect, and touched it up to confine it to the top; applied a slight sepia overlay, and voila!
