Deja (not) vu?

Every time I go to the beach, I pass this decorative corner, but I never really noticed the convergence of signs before. From here you go right over a causeway bridge and come down on the barrier island, past a "body shampoo" establishment of dubious repute, then a favorite Irish pub, bikini bar, scooter rental, then onto a ramp where you can drive your car on the beach. Good times...
