10 mph

In Daytona, you can drive on the beach, but slowly. This sign was placed straight ahead of an entrance ramp - this gives the impression it's commanding the waves to slow down, or the sea oats, or any cars that might want to drive into the ocean. Anyway, it seemed funny to me at the time. :)
