@Lazy Aussie: This is just down the road from where I live in Florida. It's an old warehouse that sits between the river and the train tracks. Someone does live in a house on the same land, and there is an operating business selling leather jackets and Harley stuff. The hole in the roof may be from a tornado that went through a few weeks ago.
